We only hold a limited stock and the majority of our products are manufactured to order in our factory. We endeavour to manufacture small orders immediately or supply them from stock, but larger orders have to be fitted into the production schedule, though we have a quick production turnaround. Depending on demand and quantity we can usually complete and ship orders within a few days.

We will email you with the expected production and delivery date within 24hrs for orders placed Sunday to Thursday and on Monday for orders placed Friday afternoon and Saturday.

Please note that BFPO deliveries to active zones can take up to 25 days to arrive.

We only send orders with a secure signed for shipping service unless a suitable service is not available to your location.

Please choose the correct postage option for the country or area you live in. If the incorrect postage tariff is chosen for the delivery we will contact you for the correct amount before the order is completed. We will also contact you with a confirmation of the postal price for areas outside the UK as the figures given are for guidance only and vary greatly throughout the world.

For the UK, Royal Mail and DPD are our main delivery agents and depending on the weight and size of an order we can send parcels with either company. If the parcels are under 1kg and relatively small they are usually sent with Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Large orders are usually sent via DPD. We reserve the right to use the carrier we feel appropriate for the particular delivery.

We cannot be responsible for deliveries that customers leave undelivered by the delivery companies, it is a customers responsibility to be have someone at the delivery address to accept parcels
